I can't reproduce this bug. Here everything works fine, if I disable the
watermark action. In order to reproduce exactly what you do, I need your
watermark image:
/home/drslony/pictures/logo/maciek dworak panopixel 300px vertical.png
Do you have the libtiff-tools installed?
