Dear all, As some of you are already aware, Serious Metaphysics will be changing its time slot next term (in order not to clash with Tim Crane's new seminar series on 'Consciousness, colour and content'). Finding a new slot for SM that doesn't clash with anything else - such as other graduate workshops, seminars and department meetings - has been a bit of a challenge, but we've settled on 11:30am on Mondays. For this term only, SM will become a lunchtime seminar - feel free to bring along your sandwiches.
A few people have also suggested that SM should be just one hour long, rather than an hour and a half. I think that this shorter format works well in the HPS workshops; if others agree, then we could start at 12pm on Mondays and see how well it works this term. Do any of you have thoughts/opinions on this? If so, please get in touch. Lastly, I've already had quite a few offers of papers for next term, but I'm still after more, so please contact me if you'd like to present. All the best, Emily Thomas _____________________________________________________ Sent by the CamPhilEvents mailing list.
