Dear colleagues:

An update on the Philosophy and History of Physics Reading Group.
We meet Tuesdays 2.00 to 3.00 pm; in Seminar Room 1, HPS department;
Our book is
Drawing Theories Apart; by David Kaiser (University of Chicago, 2005),
which is on reserve at the Whipple (and an e-book). It discusses the
dispersion of Feynman diagrams in quantum physics from 1947 onwards, from
a pedagogic and institutional, rather than
technical, perspective.

Tues 12 February: Oliver Marsh will lead discussion on Chap 3: Freeman
Dyson and the post doc cascade
Tues 19 February: Lena Zuchowski will lead discussion on Chap 4:
International dispersion.

Thanks Oliver and Lena!

Best, Jeremy
