The next session of the monthly seminar run by the Cambridge Forum for Legal & 
Political Philosophy will take place this week on Thursday, November 7th, at 
3:00pm, in Room G26 of the Law Faculty Building.  The session will be chaired 
by Professor Jimmy Chia-shin Hsu of the Academia Sinica in Taiwan. The reading 
for the session is a paper by Jimmy, entitled "Does Communicative Retributivism 
Necessarily Negate Capital Punishment?"  It is freely available at the
