Dear all, The Nature and Culture Reading Group will be reconvening this coming Tuesday, at 1pm in Seminar Room 1, HPS Department, Free School Lane.
This term, we will be reading selected chapters from 'Cycles of Contingency: Developmental Systems and Evolution', edited by Susan Oyama, Paul E. Griffiths, and Russell D. Gray. For this week, we will be looking at the following: Lewontin, R. C., ‘Gene, Organism, and Environment: A New Introduction’ (pp. 55-7) and ‘Gene, Organism, and Environment’ (pp. 59-66).
