The .at registry, who look after a TLD that has been popular with
RockPhish lately, has been listed on the SpamHaus SBL on the basis that
their lack of assistance to the community is assisting spammers,
specifically the senders of phishing emails.

Apparently they told SpamHaus that their only criterion for removal of a
domain would be forged WHOIS details -- and, a background reason, just
try working out which registrar you need to contact for an .at domain...

Since the SBL listing will adversely impact the .at registry's ability
to send and receive email, it will be interesting to see whether their
attitude to reports of domains used solely for phishing now becomes a
bit more mainstream....

... meanwhile, my current list of RockPhish domains live in the past 6
hours is:
                .as      1
                .at      2
                .bz      1
                .cn      1
                .hk      6
                .jp      2
                .ms      2
                .tw     15

with all bar 5 of these being more than a day old...  so there may be
some more education of other registries, and registrars, to come...
