That would be great, and relatively easy to do. But I don't know where
the build should take place. Perhaps in dmd's build?

The rdmd executable which is bundled with DMD (on Linux, at least) was
built in September. Since then, there have been two commits. One of
them fixes bug 3314, the other allows rdmd to be run on OSX.
Can we have a new build of rdmd in the next release?
Or even better, can rdmd be automatically rebuilt for each DMD release?
