Revert.
Sorry, unittest was failure..
std\base64.d(404): Error: template
std.base64.Base64Impl!('+','/').encode(R1,R2) if (isArray!(R1) &&
is(ElementType!(R1) : ubyte) && is(R2 == char[]) && isOutputRange!(R2,char))
does not match any function template declaration.
....
It seems to be necessary to check behavior of std.base64.
