Since the traffic is pretty low on those repositories, I assume. It would be
enough with one additional mailing list, if we're not combining with the Phobos
mailing list.
For now, I've setup the tools and installer repos to send email to [email protected]. The
dlang.org repo is already sending to [email protected].
