I upgraded my other system by going back to psyche to retrieve the updates. There were a lot of kde programs for this upgrade also.

I had one program called lisa that wouldn't install because of interdependacies. I removed the program to upgrade to phoebe3 earlier.

lisa used to be in separate package, now it's part of kdenetwork.

Thanks for the information about lisa for earlier distros. I was wondering why it cried out for it, when I went to RH8. When I went back up to phoebe, it did not ask for it.

That explains the problem encountered with the initial upgrade to phoebe also. It might be a good idea to include a needed removal option, since it is now included with another rpm.

I'm back up to phoebe3, but am currently in RH7.3 with ximian. I want to burn a successful CD for rhdb and see how far I get with this try.

I don't really trust the later distros for burning CDRs, with the current problems.
