> Markku Kolkka: > Yes. Yes, indeed. Nothing extra to install (though I still want to try out ATI's binary driver and compare it to the open-source one). Runs Wolf beautifully. No go with UT2003 though. > Charles Griffin: > > Any > > configuration at all or was 3d just working after a > > fresh install of pheobe? > Markku Kolkka: > It just works (IIRC). I'm not positive on the "It just works" part. I pulled a GF4 out of this machine, and replaced it with the Radeon, after already having Phoebe 3 installed. The card was recognized fine, and the right driver was selected, but I seem to recall having to check the 'Enable Hardware 3D Acceleration' box in redhat-config-xfree86. Other than that, it just works! :) Off to play some more WolfMP... -- Jarod Wilson, RHCE <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> "A wise man once said nothing at all" -- -- Phoebe-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/phoebe-list
