I rather doubt they are shipping Bluecurve, if I understand RedHat's trademark position correctly, though presumably they can ship something that looks similar with a different name.
Red Hat trademarked the "Bluecurve" name, but the GTK+ and QT themes are open source under the name "Wonderland", which is what Yellow Dog is advertising.
