Hi Matt. I hope I didn't sound defensive...I didn't mean to be. Yes, we have changed the way that we do some things and they may not be right for everybody. We reached the point where we had to change some of our processes to appeal to the larger corporate customers while still keep the enthusiasts happy. It is true that there's still a gap in our product line between the enthusiast and the large corporation. We hope that the ES and WS products will address that to some extent, but clearly it won't please everyone. There's a delicate balance between what's best for us and what's best for our users and we're still trying to figure out how to achieve that.
