There is a mailing list for Red Hat 9 (shrike-list), but it isn't active
or advertised yet and presumably closed to posts; if you fill in the web
form located in the logical place you get the response that your request
is awaiting approval - I expect everyone will be approved and able to post
at release.
There is a fairly new enterprise-watch-list which contains announcements
of security and bug fixes, but I can't see a general purpose RHEL list.
