I put this very limited Edition Lp on Ebay tonight in honor of Edison's 156th
Birthday today. It's got lots of Unreleased recordings so I thought I'd alrt

Description
Today is Thomas Edison's 157th Birthday in in his honor I'm placing a very
rare 2-Lp phonograph record set on Ebay. Please read carefully. This 2 lp set
"When Edison Recorded Sound" was produced by the Edison National Historic Site
in West Orange NJ in mid 1970s. It was ONLY available at the site and produced
in VERY limited qualties. There are 25 tracks and most are RARE. Extensive
liner notes by Ed Hutto on Edison and Jazz and Lawrence Holdridge on Classical.
But there are also Speech records. The labels are replicas of Edison Diamond
Disc records. Here is some of the rare material on this set which is in
EXCELLENT condition: Speeches by Theodore Roosevelt, An Edison TALKING DOLL

record, CHARLES EDISON - Thomas Edison's son, Speaking at an EDIPHONE DEALERS
CONVENTION in 1926, UNRELEASED recordings by Ernest L. Stevens, DOUGLAS
STANBURY, Billy Jones and Ernest Hare (an UNRELEASED HAPPINESS BOYS!), FIVE
sides by
Eva Taylor and Clarence Williams (unreleased!), An UNRELEASED Fletcher
Henderson, UNRELEASED Opera sides by Lucrezia Bori, Claudia Muzio, Karl Jorn
and

The new wave of crap-o-phones on ebay is quite amazing. I normally jump over
them wnen I see them, but they seem to be getting more 'junky' so I checked
to see the new level of technology!
Bizzare is all I can say. I hope that no one is falling for these - the
description of this one is worth a read as it promises "happiness,
healthiness, success" if you own one!!!!! its ebay #3703035438.
