Dwayne and Donna prefer the personal touch of telephone contact. There's a bunch of reasons, but primarily it's because you can rebuild a reproducer or lube a motor while talking on the phone, but you can't do it while typing. There are only so many hours in the day...and if you saw how slow Dwayne types, you'd buy him a new headset!
