Well said and I agree! Victor BB horns always look good with a nice warm patina. I do find that a nickel horn that is "shined up" can look very nice. Dead nickel especially if the patina has gone to that "milky" look just does not have the character of brass. Machines should have eye appeal and I do agree the less done to them the better. My two cents worth! The trick is to keep the machine in balance....
