You can probably make a close approximation with copper pipe plumbing
pieces.  polished and nickel plated, they'd look quite good, I would think.

I have always wondered what happen to the curved "elbow" on machines set up
for polyphones. It is an extension to bring the rear horn even with the
front horn. My polyphone doesn't have one nor have I ever seen one except in
ads. I wish someone made them!
