[Phono-L] Columbia reproducer grommets?

Hi list mates, 

There are three little grommets, one underneath each screw that holds the
early Columbia Reproducer to the tone arm on the Disk Phono I have in for
repair.  Does anyone supply these?  If not, what are people using instead?
