Thanks guys, I feel more at ease now. I'm sure everybody can understand being aprehensive about sending (big to me) money to a total stranger.
This is a machine I've been looking for for about 25 years. About a month ago I found one but it had some issues and the seller hemmed and hawed. Then a couple weeks ago I found another one, also out west but the person suddenly started ignoring my emails. I just figured he had second thoughts about selling. Yesterday I find the one at Collectors World. So, today (!) I hear from him (the second one) again.....now I have two to choose from. Very, very strange. Bruce
