I recently bought an oak Salter Manufacturing Company #782 record cabinet. A mahagony model is pictured on page 120 of Pabrizio and Paul's Gadgets, Gizmos, and Gimmicks book. Unfortunately, the cabinet I have is missing the legs. If anyone has a cabinet like this I could use some good pictures of the legs so I can have them made. Please contact me off list if you can help at [email protected] Thanks, Ken Brekke _______________________________________________ Phono-L mailing list [email protected] Phono-L Archive http://www.oldcrank.org/pipermail/phono-l/ --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? There are 4 machines and one cabinet........ 1. Columbia AH - (cabinet near perfect) $1300 2. Victor R front mount $1275 3. Minty Edison Fireside A w/ super nice red horn (horn & machine is probably a 9 of 10) $1200 4. Columbia BV w/Columbia decal - I am also going to option the horn that it currently has -it is a very scarce 9" B/B witches hat. Much smaller than the common 14" horns. $750/$900 And lastly, is an Oak cylinder cabinet - Front door has some applied carvings. 5 original drawers inside. Holds 30 cyls per drawer. Pegs are replacement ones. $650 Anyone interested, please email me off list and I will give details and pictures. Thanks, Jim Reisenweber
