Robert and George: It's a minor point, but there is no such thing as  
a cylinder called an Amberola or a Blue Amberola.  A 4-minute Edison  
cylinder is an Amberol (black wax) or Blue Amberol.  The word  
Amberola is ONLY used for phonographs, not records.
