I have 2 rear mount Dulcephone machines although neither is as fancy as the one you describe. They are similar in design to the mid level Zonophone machines such as the Concert. I believe they were manufactured in Europe but both of mine came from Australia. They have the metal ID plate and a small Dulcephone decal on the front. I have not found much information on them.
