I went back into my ITG "archive" and looked. Those were the Victor V barrel key and Edison E & Dolphin barrel keys, not the Amberola style keys.
Speaking of the Amberola key, I now have the exact dimensions from the key shown on my site. As soon as I get a few spare minutes, I'll see if I can whip one up.
