[Phono-L] Fairy Phono Lamp Works

Hi All
Can anyone help me find a motor or parts thereof for a Fairy honograph ,amp? It 
is the table model, not the floor standing type. I must admit I don't know 
anything about them myself, never having owned one.
My friend is so desperate he is thinking about bastardizing a columbia motor 
and bedplate, but I have persuaded him to wait til I try to help him find one!!
Any guidance is appreciated.
