For what it's worth, "The Complete Talking Machine" authored by Eric Reiss,
lists a price guide section for Cylinder and Disc phonographs. The prices
indicated are for "clean, complete, working machines with no reproduction
parts". Under Diamond Disc Machines he lists the A-or B-250 ("Modern
Renaissance") machine with a price range of $750-$1000 with a rarity of 4
stars which means "fairly rare, but not by any means unique. " according to
