Lets go for three! If you want to send the base rings to me, I can make 
and solder the tabs on. I'm sure we can then get Bill H to nickle for us.

Note that the BD and BY do have indentions at 90 and 180 degress to help 
with lifting the turntable off. Justa thought!

Just another thought. If you can not get the correct OD, we can make one 
slightly smaller but cutting and soldering back together.
