Yes, all the 4-minute wax Amberols that I have seen have a "4M" just before the record number (e.g. "4M-475 WHO WILL CARE FOR MOTHER NOW? OAKLAND AND CHORUS"). Of course, Blue Amberols are some shade of blue celluloid with a plaster core. Any other cylinder should be assumed to be 2-minute.
