The triumph never made reserve. Just wanted to let you all know to be careful. I sent warnings to the other bidders and ujstewart. chriscubani has no feedbacks, while ujstewart has 293 with 100% feedback rating so why would ujstewart use a new account to offer to sell an item that did not meet reserve and why is the English in the offer suspiciously bad?

The lids and bottoms are brown and the labels are shiny. The actual tube is thinner, Edison used a double tube, the inner was coated with the cotton material. These are a single tube, with the cotton felt inside. The record fits in the new box like it does in an original Edison box. The height is the same. The lids are not interchangeable with an original box because of the tube difference. If you remove the felt from the inside of the reproduction box an original blue amberol box will fit inside. These boxes would be most excellent for blue amberol records because the fit well and on some original boxes the records get scratched when you take the record out and put it in, and they would work very well with wax records as the fit is the same.
