I have seen this as well Merle, and it is indeed annoying. I am willing to 
cut a seller some slack if he want to charge something minimal for a 
handling charge, but when there appears to be an absolutely blatant attempt 
to profit off the shipping, I just avoid the item altogether. Sadly, unless 
everyone does that, the goofball will never get the message.
