Hi Don, I have had good luck with this company for odd-ball sized springs. Although they are a watch & clock parts company, they have a very large inventory of all sizes of mainsprings.

I have been keeping an eye out for it on ebay, but the few slip in elbows that come up for sale are the wrong size.
