I dug around eBay and was able to come up with a few examples of
these mirrored advertising paperweights. Just from the graphics, they
all seem to date to the late teens or 20's. The subjects... a bank, a
real estate firm, a Pontiac dealership, and a pier in St. Joseph
Michigan. I'm certain it's old - but I also would question it as an
"officially licensed" Nipper item. Nonetheless, it's a nice
advertising piece that doubles as a grooming aid and potential deadly
weapon. What's better than that?
