I mean that Bill is right. It seems a lot of eBay items are bid up by 
friends et. al...shill bidding. I don't have a problem with this as it 
exist in the world of live auctions as well. I like the hunt. Beating 
the brush for a phonograph. Networking with friends and going to shows. 
I personally don't get much satisfaction just buying off a computer 
screen. It's just not much fun. I do use eBay from time to time but I 
think it would be a far better thing to come see you if you were selling 
and exchange "war stories", have some fun and enjoy the hobby. EBay 
buying is more of a testimonial of how far you are willing to open your 
wallet.
