I knew this looked familiar; it's the same cabinet sold by Julia Auctions
in January. http://www.juliaauctions.com/ look at the January 25-26-27
Highlights page ... Note that there's an identical mar on the diamond
inlay, below the lid; must be the same cabinet (other flaws also identical.

Here's the auction house's description:

Item 1056
OUTSTANDING LAVISHLY INLAID VICTROLA CABINET. Large lift top cabinet is
fitted with a large inlaid wood horn that is fitted inside behind the top
two grill front doors. Inlaid panel to the underneath top of a woman dancer.
Jigsaw art grills have central monogram "WS". Case fitted with another two
doors which open to reveal one drawer and three shelves. Doors have a raised
panel which has a lavish diamond and line inlaid panel and other fancy
inlays. Sides, top and back present the same lavish inlays with a motif of
diamonds, star and multi-color lines. Cabinet has a shaped skirt and rests
on four turned legs ending in caster feet. There is no mechanism present.
Key is present. As fine a case that we have seen. SIZE: 51-1/2" h x 23" w x
24" d. CONDITION: Very fine with only some minor age cracks. 9-28938
(1,000-2,000)

I wonder what it actually brought, if it was sold at that auction.
