[Phono-L] packing disaster

hi all
i agree with the packing damage and shipping problem
i had a victor ms double boxed and shipped to me
and the motor frame came broken even though it was packed with peanuts 
seems ups must have thought it was a basket ball as the outer box had quite  
a bit of damage
anyway its only been three months and no settlement from ups yet
life does go on
