Folks,

Offering to the list before I put this on eBay. I've got a tough-to-
find original copy of "The Phonograph Book" by Lloyd MacFarlane
(pseud., a.k.a. Ira Lee Cochrane). 23 Chapters range from "On Buying
a Phonograph" to "Duplicating Records" and "Compressed Air." 95
Illustrations. This book shows up in the bibliography of "From
Tinfoil to Stereo."

Other than surviving for 89 years, it appears this copy has one
defect - the binder-side corners of pages 9-16 are torn and missing,
but may have been that way when the pages were originally bound. The
lower corner tears bite into the text somewhat.

Original copies of this book don't show up often. First $150 takes
it. Email me off list at [email protected] if interested.

Loran
