The crank is an Edison slotted crank. Will work on Homes and Standard (new
style cased) A's, not the earlier Suitcase Standard.

Subject: [Phono-L] Can anyone identify this crank?

Got a crank in a box of stuff at auction last weekend included this crank.

It is cast iron with traces of black paint still on it.
It has a slotted 3" shaft which measures about 5/8" diameter and has a 3"
  throw
  with wooden handle.

Could this be for some old Phono?
