  Greetings Wisconisn MAPS Members,
   
  We have recently learned of a break-in and robbery occurring last week at the 
home of Floyd Seiter, Rosebush, MI.  Geoffrey Seiter (Floyd's grandson who is 
caretaker of the property) has asked us to help out by notifying dealers and 
collectors of these stolen items in the event you may see an item turn up at a 
flea market, shop or by a seller anxious to turn an item into easy cash.  Here 
is a list describing the stolen items accompanied with photos, where available.

  1.  EDISON TALKING DOLL:  Doll has reproduction brown Victorian dress.  White 
high button shoes and a blue hat with black feather plume.  Doll does NOT have 
the mechanism.  
   
  2.  BEBE JUMEAU TALKING DOLL:  Doll has reproduction blue satin Victorian 
dress with blue tie shoes.  The hat pictured in the photo was NOT taken.  No 
cylinders were taken though doll may have one on the mechanism.
   
  3.  COLUMBIA GRAPHOPHONE TYPE AG:  Serial No. 7393.  Concert machine with NO 
lid and NO horn.  Damage to lower-right part of banner decal.  Reproducer may 
be type 5 - D with stylus on bar from center to edge of housing.
   
  4.  EDISON FIRESIDE MODEL A COMBINATION WITH MAROON FIRESIDE HORN:  Serial 
No. 42801.  Horn is likely a reproduction and the Model K reproducer a 
reproduction.  The "2 ~ 4" is NOT visible on the bedplate.   Lid was NOT taken.
   
  5.  EDISON MAROON GEM MODEL D COMBINATION WITH MAROON FIRESIDE HORN:  Serial 
No. 527435.  The lid was NOT taken.
   
  6.  EDISON BLACK GEM MODEL A KEY WIND WITH BRANDED COVER:  Serial No. 269465. 
 Square style "GEM" decal on front.  Early Gem reproducer.  Cover has 
distinctive large "Edison Gem Phonograph" oval branded onto case or cover.  
Machine has small black cone horn.
   
  7.  EDISON BLACK GEM MODEL B (CRANK) WITH BLACK GEM M-G HORN.  WITH COVER.
   
  8.  COLUMBIA GRAPHOPHONE TYPE BK WITH LYRIC REPRODUCER:  WITH LID AND 14" 
BLACK & BRASS REPRO. HORN.
   
  9.  ONE GERMAN PENDULUM CLOCK WITH WHITE PILLARS SUPPORTING THE MOVEMENT.
