Andy, Thanks for this interesting info. This got me thinking, so I'm going to ask you and our other knowledgeable list members....do you think that Edison really "allowed" this letter. In other words, I'm asking did Edison actually had to "approve" the contents of the EPM? I know he had his hands on many things, but I'm curious about the EPM contents.
