Hi Brice ~ A friend of mine had a Zon-O-Phone Grand Opera shipped via Boston Truck Company from Massachusetts to New Mexico and was well pleased with the care and service.
They are a "blanket wrapped antiques and art carrier", individually wrapping and hand tying each item they ship. Their times tend to be better than most commercial shippers for surface freight. From Philadelphia to the West Coast, it would go first to Boston and then be put on a truck for the West Coast, which arrives at its destination with a typical time of a week to two and a half weeks. The number for Boston Truck Co. is 1-800-899-8706. I don't know whether this represents any advantage over what you've already checked into, but I thought it might be a helpful lead, at least.
