Another tough question! I'm always a sucker for a nice big Victrola and the 130/XVII is exquisite but to me the deciding factor is the after market horn on the Vic II. It seems to me that many of the newer collectors (and possibly most collectors in general) are anxious to find Victor machines with Victor horns. In my opinion an after market horn adds additional interest to a Victor machine. If the after market horn is exceptional, I'll vote for the Vic II. If it's ho-hum, I'd buy the Victrola and call Stacy to help me move it! Jerry Blais
