lol, I think the iPhone is supposed to do that! Muhuhuhahahaaa.

That's right, Walt, I was a member of eBay about 8 months after they
opened... Yahoo! auctions actually had more listings at that time if I
remember correctly. And I think I was among the first 2000 PayPal members
or something, www.x.com indeed! And yet I missed the class action lawsuit.
Darn.

r.

Ahhh....but, before PayPal was "PayPal" they were www.X.com. Anybody
remember that? They actually started after eBay I think (by a year or two
or three), but quickly became the only economical option for the average Joe
who doesn't own a business to use credit cards conveniently and became
remotely attached to eBay. If you go to www.x.com it will dynamically
transfer you to PayPal.

Yes...those WERE the days Robert....

Soon, who knows, maybe this summer at say, the Union Show, just maybe....we
will see the first "PayPal" branded pocket sized wireless credit card
terminal, the "PayPod", secretly built by Apple... LOL (Then again, I
shouldn't laugh...It may be prophetic, or is it already reality?)

Amen... I was a member of PayPal before eBay had ever heard of 'em -- back
when everything about it was totally 100% FREE of charge!

For the record, I gave up on MapQuest a long time ago, because they were
soooo slooooowww, probably because of all the ads. I've been using
http://local.live.com/ for a while and I love pretty much everything about
it. It's an MSN concern, and I guess they have enough money, cuz there
aren't any annoying ads. Not even ad banners.

Best,
Robert
