Hello All, Well I thought I wanted to collect phonographs once again, however
after aquired about a dozen(had over 170 phonographs in first collection,
1973-1985) and it just isn't going any where for me. So I would like to offer
these nice phonographs to this group before going to eBay with them. I
purchased several from Mr. Bob Johnson, including an Edison Opera, Victor VI,
V, Red Gem, Fireside with cygnet horn,
also have other nice machines. If interested please email and I'll be glad to
send photos.....just allow me time to take the photos. I guess I'll stick to
collecting old BMW motorcycles and old cars. Have a very nice 1923 T model and
a better than new 1953MGTD, plus some antique engines and tractors. Cheers,
Charles

True, most CD players nowadays load up a buffer with 15-40 seconds of audio
as Electronic Skip Protection, even the ones in stock stereos. But for me,
it's all about my 80G video iPod (many new car stereos include an input jack
on the face panel for connection to iPods and other portable music devices).

Peter, any chance for a pic or ten of the Spyder?? *drool*
