Hi, I have Victor CE-29 I need to get from Salt Lake to Boston. I contacted Eric's and another blanket wrap mover but they can't get there until after the seller needs it removed. Craters and Smart Movers want $1000 to crate and move it. I may have to do that if I can't find another way. Anyone know a way to get it from Salt Lake as far as it can to Boston soon, Chicago or OH or NY would be great. I've seen the item in question since the seller lives a few blocks from me ( I may have even done the original transfer. It didn't look abused as I remember it, and is probably on the better side of the usual condition in which disks this old are found. Certainly, the Boston Symphony, it ain't! You have to wonder if it actually sounded a lot better when it was new. Most of the records of that age that I've heard sounded grainy like that one does. Unlike most eBay items; it IS rare! Doug.
