By Diamond Disc Gramophone, you mean an outside (external horn) machine? I
was not aware that Edison made any of these for Commercial consumption.
Could describe this estate sale item with a little more detail?

Subject: [Phono-L] Edison Diamond Disc gramaphone

I was at an antique auction sale today and there was a Edison Diamond Disk
gramophone in mint working condition with 72 records (some of them were wax)
and it sold for $750 CDN.
