Hi Everyone --
I purchased a Vanophone a few months ago, and a friend kindly rebuilt the
reproducer and tone arm for me. Unfortunately, though, during the shipping
that returned the parts to me, the silver-colored ring (that holds all the
parts of the reproducer together) cracked at each of the screw holes. I was
able to glue the parts together, but it's not quite as good as new. I was
wondering whether anyone has an original one of these floating around somewhere
that they're parting out. In fact, I'd like a whole replacement tone arm,
since my friend had to rig the down rod that acts as the stopper on these
machines (he did a truly wonderful job!). I've got photos if that would be
helpful to anyone.
Thanks so much!
Merle

Had the same experience sometimes. As it was quite important for to
get in touch with the seller I asked a friend to send that message
over his account. It actually worked.
It is quite a mystery to me what their filter configuration is.
