About that Victor I -- I suppose that felt "collar" could be an aftermarket
option of some kind -- so many gadgets and gizmos were available, though I've
never seen it before. The horn extension is a conventional Victor I/Victor E
option for those who wanted a bigger horn. The most interesting thing about
that
machine to me is the CRAZY idea the seller has about the price!

Thanks Tim,
I had never seen a horn extension "for those who wanted a larger horn". Is
that shown in any literature? It's not in the Accessories and Contraptions
book.
And although the pricing is crazy, I wasn't going to try to buy it anyway!

 Shame on you, Art!

What you SHOULD have written was, "I remember seeing a Victor 'I' just like
the eBay example on page 158, Fig. 4-75 of the 'Talking Machine Compendium!"?
Complete with oversized horn and adapter.? No felt on the tone arm, though...!
