Howdy friends. I have a Victor I that is cute as a button. It is all
original except for the reproduction brass bell horn. The horn is nice and has
had
a nice decal installed. The machine is missing the slotted crank. This
machine is the very early Vic I with the beveled turntable and the wind under
brake.

Does anyone have a vintage authentic slotted crank for sale? Are there nice
repros available? Any assistance with this is much appreciated.

Shame on you, Art!

What you SHOULD have written was, "I remember seeing a Victor 'I' just like
the eBay example on page 158, Fig. 4-75 of the 'Talking Machine Compendium!"?
Complete with oversized horn and adapter.? No felt on the tone arm,
though...!

long reading your books and I flunked the test anyway. Damn!!
