Hi everyone, I figured I would send this to the list. I own a small retail store in Austin TX that sells home linens and furniture. We use a company called Home Direct to send furniture long distance within the US. They are a white glove service, and we've not had any issues at all with them other than timing related.
They work similar to the large movers i.e. united, or wheaton in that they use local companies to pick up the item and bring it to the warehouse, and the Home Direct truck picks it up from the warehouse on it's way through to bring it to the destination.
