There is a new product on the market called Zero Odor -- it works by chemically 
interacting with the smell atoms and neutralizing them.  So it doesn't mask the 
odor -- it actually eliminates them and leaves almost no odor when it's done.

spray it on some material and rub it on the finish in an unobtrusive spot to 
test the finish before spraying it inside.
